题目1：Epigenetic regulation of intramuscular fat development
主讲人：杜 敏 教授
杜敏：美国华盛顿州立大学（Washington State University）动物科学系教授，博导。主要从事间充质多能干细胞成肌成脂分化调控机制、胚胎骨骼肌和脂肪发育的营养调控、以及动物生产与肉品质调控等方面的研究。在Cell Metabolism、FASEB Journal、Molecular Nutrition and Food Research、Journal of Animal Science等杂志发表论文210多篇，总引用高达7200多次。任Journal of Animal Science、Journal of Stem Cell Research & Therapy、Anatomy & Physiology等杂志副主编或编委。获得美国动物科学学会（ASAS）的“动物生长和发育奖”（Award in Animal Growth and Development）、美国生理学会的“杰出服务奖”（Distinguished Service Award）、杰出导师奖（Outstanding Advisor Award）和青年科学家奖（Young Scientist Award）等奖项。
题目2：Polyphenols, AMPK and gut epithelial development
主讲人：朱美君 副教授
朱美君：美国华盛顿州立大学（Washington State University）食品科学学院副教授，博导。主要从事食品安全以及肥胖、肠道微生物和肠道上皮相关疾病的营养调控等方面的研究。在Cell Death and Differentiation、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Frontier in Microbiology、Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry、Food Control等杂志发表论文160多篇，H-index为40。任AIMS Microbiology、Journal of Food and Nutrition、Journal of Nutrition and Health等杂志编委。
